    Bambarakanda waterfall 

          The highest waterfall in Sri Lanka.

              The highest is 263 m

              Located in Badulla district.

              The pit is formed by a tributary of the Gage                             


Diyaluma waterfall

               The highest is 220 m.                   

               Located in Badulla district.

               Formed by a tributary of kuda  oya.                       


Lakshapana waterfall

              The highest is 129 m.

               Located in Nuwara Aliya district.

               Maskeliya oya is created.

               Tow hydroelectric plants are maintained by this waterfall.


Olu Ella

         The highest is 127 m.

         Located in Kagalle district of Sabaragamuwa province. 

         Also known as Nayagara waterfall.

         Formed by four small waterfall. 


Bopath Ella

            A beautiful waterfall located in Rathnapura district.

            The highest is 30 m.

            A tributary of the Kalu river.


Dunhida Ella

     The highest is 64 m. 

    Located in Badulla district. 

     A waterfall that has won tourist attraction.     

     The name Dunhida is applied because it flowr like mist.

  MY FAVORITE TV CHANNEL My favorite it channel is Independent Tv channel. This is Sri Lanka’s first television channel. Founded on 13 th April 1979 by Mr. Shan Wickramasinhaghe. The original name was T.V. Sri Lanka. Famous programs aired on independent television are KOPIKADE, ATAPATTAMA and DORAMADALAWA. All these three were broadcast in the year 2001 Kopikade is a Tv drama that changed the history of Asia.   Atapattama is a program that showed the world amazing things. A program that won the love of the oudience by receiving a record of 12 consecutive awards. Just like Atapattama Mr. Hasantha Hettiarachchi’s Doramadalawa program is also a vary important program. It is a program that has won the most audience responses, which has told the world a lot of knowledge.                 So, this is the only channel that has gifted such important programs to the world.
