THE FIRST DAY I WENT TO SCHOOL




I first went to the school on 08.01.2005. To was the first day that not only me but also my brother went to school. My brother and I went to school at N/K Halmillakotuwa K.V. We went to school that morning hanging on the arms of mom and dad. The brothers and sisters is front of the school welcomed us with a bunch of flowers. The priest of the school performed religious rites and took us to the main hall. We were shown beautiful dances, songs and dramas. Then we were all taken to the first year class. The class teacher come to the class and recited a beautiful poem. I remembered my mother while listening to it. Icame out of the class. But, mother was nowhere to be seen. My brother and I both cried. The teacher took both of our to the playhouse. seeing the toys there, my brother and I forgot about our mother. Played with friends until school. After seeing mother, I ran to her. It was very happy day and well as a sad day. It was a day when I met new friends that I will haver forget. I really like that day.

ME AND MY TWIN BROTHER                         My name is Mahesha Hansamali.          My twin brother's name is Madhusha priyankara.                 both of our were born on 10.01.2001 in Kurunegala Hospital. I am 20 minutes younger than that my twin brother.                          Not without occasions when we dressed the same way. Also, I have drawn my brother's clothes.
