MY BEST FRIEND AT THE UNIVERSITY

   


     

 Her name is Mihiri Madhubhashini Hemachandra. I met her at University. Both of us are studying at the University of the Visual and Performing Arts. She is my own sister even though we have met for a month. She lives in a village called Galigamuwa in Kegalle district.

         

  She is very kind. And also, she is generous. Because, her laptop is given to me to do the assignments given in the university. She always helps me. She is very innocent. Her mother and father are also very good. She has a one brother. He is very kind too.


 I call her “MIHIRAVI”. She has a beautiful sweet voice. She sings beautiful. I like watching her play the violin. She can play the violin as well as serpina, ezraja, table and guitar. She is very talented girl. I admire her ability. 

     

Her only hope is to become a lecturer. So, I am helping her to the best of my ability. I hope her wish comes true. I am very happy that I met her.

  MY FAVORITE TV CHANNEL My favorite it channel is Independent Tv channel. This is Sri Lanka’s first television channel. Founded on 13 th April 1979 by Mr. Shan Wickramasinhaghe. The original name was T.V. Sri Lanka. Famous programs aired on independent television are KOPIKADE, ATAPATTAMA and DORAMADALAWA. All these three were broadcast in the year 2001 Kopikade is a Tv drama that changed the history of Asia.   Atapattama is a program that showed the world amazing things. A program that won the love of the oudience by receiving a record of 12 consecutive awards. Just like Atapattama Mr. Hasantha Hettiarachchi’s Doramadalawa program is also a vary important program. It is a program that has won the most audience responses, which has told the world a lot of knowledge.                 So, this is the only channel that has gifted such important programs to the world.
